USFP and Alliance Fire Protection Merge

April 4, 2011 - APi Group Inc. is pleased to announce United States Fire Protection (USFP), a highly regarded trade contractor in the Chicago and Milwaukee Markets, has joined forces with Alliance Fire Protection, one of the largest and most respected fire protection providers in Northern Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Both companies will merge April 16 to form United States - Alliance Fire Protection Inc. to provide better value to current customers with the unique services offered by each company.
