We know safety
“Our safety record along with our financial strength backed by APi Group allows us to compete in a very tough market,” said Alliance Vice President of Marketing David Kelly. “Pre-qualification packages prior to bids, separate us from most of our competition.”
The award is based upon the company's incident rates in 2008 being less than the composite rates of the last three years.
Other qualifications included the company's total number of recordable injuries, cases with days away from work, man hours, and the total number of work injuries.
“Our clients look for qualified contractors to maintain a working relationship with, and safety is one of the main factors,” Kelly said. “Our EMR rate and how seriously we take safety has allowed us to maintain these relationships and stay on the team.”
According to Kelly, the bonding capabilities of Alliance, its management team, length in the business and commitment to safety assures its client's of an on time, safe and cost-effective project.
Sister company United States Fire Protection, a fire protection contractor serving the Chicago and Milwaukee markets, also earned the ASA Chicago Safety Award in June.
