We Provide

Services provided by APi NSG include code-required testing and inspections, repair/maintenance services, and retrofits of fire suppression and life safety systems. We inspect and service all types of fire suppression and life safety systems including fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, anti-freeze and standpipes), fire pumps, alarm and detection systems, emergency lighting, portable extinguishers, backflow devices and special hazards systems.

Our National Account customers achieve greater consistency by working through one point of contact and can be assured that their fire protection and life safety systems will be regularly inspected, tested, repaired and serviced to optimize system performance and reliability.

Centralized Accounting: All client invoices are generated from APi NSG and all payments are remitted to APi NSG.

Customized Services: Many clients require customized services. Our APi NSG account team works with our clients to ensure our services meet their specific needs.

Client Portal: Our customers enjoy 24/7 access to our web-based database management program which allows for easy viewing of inspection reports, site information, customer satisfaction surveys, and many more complimentary features. This tool is highly beneficial to store managers, facility managers, corporate offices and any other individuals that require constant updates on the status of their properties.

Complimentary Training: Upon request, APi NSG coordinates both formal and informal training for our National Account clients on the operation and maintenance of their fire protection and life safety systems.
